Nathaniel Stephen Keith Thomas, 19, of Gallipolis, passed away on Tuesday, August 8, 2017. He was born September 7, 1997 in Logan, Ohio, son of Stephen Keith Thomas and Mia Thomas, who survive him. Nathaniel was a student. He loved to skateboard, writing and reading. He loved writing music, playing music and playing many different kinds of instruments. He loved his friends. Surviving are his father and stepmother, Stephen and Valerie Thomas of Gallipolis; his mother, Mia Thomas of Gallipolis; three sisters, Bethany Thomas of Logan, Kelsey Kerr of Gallipolis, and Nicole Spangler of Orlando, Florida; his brother, Austin Casto of Athens; his girlfriend, Savanna Satterfield of Pt. Pleasant, WV; his maternal grandfather, John Cullison of Nelsonville; his paternal grandmother, Phyllis Thomas of Gallipolis; a special friend, Raymond Karcher; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins; and a host of friends. Nathaniel was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Ruth Cullison, paternal grandfather, David Keith Thomas, his uncle David M. Thomas, and a nephew Elijah Thomas. Services will be 11:00 a.m., Monday, August 14, 2017 at the Willis Funeral Home with Pastor Gary Keller officiating. Burial will be at 2:00 p.m., Monday at Wolfe Cemetery, Haydenville, Ohio. Friends may call on Sunday, August 13, 2017 from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Tommy Saunders Justin Saunders, Clint Saunders, Benjamin Saunders, Spencer Sapppington, Dom Franklin, Trenton Smith, and Seth Hopstetter.
