Nora Wills

Nora Wills, 92, of Gallipolis, Ohio passed away on Saturday, October 15, 2005 at the Holzer Medical Center. She was born on January 28, 1913 in Hubball, WV daughter of the late Pete and Ellen Adkins. Mrs. Wills retired in 1978 from Children’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. She married Robert L. Wills on December 14, 1942 in Greenup, Kentucky and he preceded her in death on January 2, 2001 after 58 years of marriage. Surviving her are a son and daughter-in-law: Ronald G. and Karen Wills of Gallipolis; a grandson Jason R. Wills of Gallipolis. She was preceded in death by five sisters, Mauda Faye Adkins, Bertha Riddle, Bertie Adkins, Virginia Adkins, Goldie Pinkerman and by five brothers, Harlan, Charlie, Elbert, Arthur and Delbert Adkins. Services will be 11 A.M. on Tuesday, October 18, 2005 at Willis Funeral Home with Pastor Jim Lusher officiating. Burial will follow in Mound Hill Cemetery.
