Patricia K. Williams

Patricia K. Williams, 69, of Bidwell, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House in Huntington, West Virginia.

Born on March 27, 1956 in Cheshire, Ohio, Patricia was the daughter of the late Raymond "Red" and Helen Carson Russell. Patricia married Michael J. Williams, who preceded her in death on May 7, 2009. Patricia was a graduate of Southwestern High School, a graduate of Huntington School of Beauty Culture, and a retired beautician. She had attended the Catholic Church. Known as "Appalachian Baker," Patricia enjoyed baking and shopping.

Patricia is survived by her daughter, Tosha Alexander (Mike Rowe) of Cheshire, Ohio; two grandchildren, Braxton Lasseter and Coraline Rowe; several nieces and nephews and a special niece, Barbie (Darrell) Shaw of Patriot, Ohio; sisters, Peggy Hatfield of Cincinnati, Ohio and Sharon Erwin of Bidwell, Ohio; and half sisters, Patty Russell of St. Albans, West Virginia and Linda Russell of St. Albans, West Virginia.

In addition to her parents and her husband, Patricia was preceded in death by her sister, Susan Stanley and half brothers, Gary Russell and Bay Russell.

A Graveside Service for Patricia will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, February 23, 2026 at Salem Cemetery. Friends and family may call prior to the service Monday from 11:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m. at Willis Funeral Home.
