Paul Randall "Randy" Wheeler

Paul Randall “Randy” Wheeler, 56, of Gallipolis, passed away on Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at Holzer Medical Center. He was born February 9, 1960 in Ashland, Kentucky, son of Melvin and Linda Meeks Wheeler. Randy was a 1978 graduate of Kyger Creek High School. Surviving are his parents, Melvin and Linda Wheeler of Bidwell; one uncle James Robert (Jean) Wheeler of Dry Ridge, Kentucky; two aunts, Mary Sue Meeks Patrick of Deering, Ohio and Idell Meeks of Ashland, Kentucky; and cousins, Jeannie Saunders, Steve Clay, Rene` Allen, Danette McCabe, Kevin Patrick, Joe Patrick, Kelli Adanick, Dee Dee Case, Tammy Nelson and Melissa Bradley. Special thanks to Sally Saunders Barnette for her love and support. Randy was preceded in death by one brother, Orin Douglas “Doug” Wheeler, paternal grandparents, Orin and Marjorie Wheeler, maternal grandparents, Paul and Mary Meeks; one aunt, Karen Clay and one uncle, Gene Meeks. A joint memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m., Sunday, February 19, 2017 at the Willis Funeral Home for him and his brother, Orin Douglas Wheeler, who passed away on January 25, 2016.
