Pauline Johnson Bush, 88, passed away at 2:50 p.m. on Tuesday, August 7, 2012 in Gallipolis, Ohio. She was born at Crown City, Ohio on July 30, 1924, the daughter of James and Garnet Johnson, who preceded her in death. She was a former employee of Bob Evans Steakhouse and a homemaker. She is survived by husband, Herbert Bush, whom she married on October 5, 1946. Also surviving are her son, James (Carolyn) of Massillon, Ohio; daughter, Brenda Bush Shrader of Belpre, Ohio and daughter, Tami (David) Buckley of Bartlett, Tennessee and her sister, Kay Johnson of Columbus, Ohio. She is also survived by grandsons, James (Holly) of Hilliard, Ohio; Andrew, Chris and Josh Buckley of Bartlett, Tennessee and granddaughter, Kelly (Mike) Hartsfield of Tallahassee, Florida; great grandson, Bryson Hartsfield and great granddaughter, Kendall Hartsfield of Tallahassee, Florida, two step granddaughters, Malise (Mike) Novotny and Alicia Bingham, both of Florida, three step great grandchildren, Nicole, Luka and Marek. She was a member of Gallipolis Church of Christ and was formerly an active member of Gallipolis Women’s Club, Newcomers Club, GAHS Band Boosters, PTA, Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts. Services will be 1:00 p.m., Saturday, August 11, 2012 at the Willis Funeral Home with Evangelist Lewis Mikell officiating. Entombment will follow in the Chapel of Hope Mausoleum, Ohio Valley Memory Gardens.
