Peggy Ann Starr

Peggy Ann Starr, 59, of Gallipolis, Ohio passed away at her residence on Thursday, October 5, 2006. She was born on February 19, 1947 in Charleston, WV to Rev. Wilbur C. and Marceline “Mary” Gray Slack. Peggy was a homemaker and a member of the West Side Independent Baptist Church in Cleveland, Ohio. Peggy is survived by her parents, Rev. Wilbur C. and Marceline “Mary” Slack of Gallipolis; one daughter, Priscilla Dawn Starr of Cleveland; four sons, Timothy Acord of Cleveland, Phillip Acord of Boise, Idaho, David Acord and Matthew Acord, both of Cleveland; 13 Grandchildren; one brother John Michael Sandra Kay Slack of Gallipolis; two nephews Michael Ray Slack of Norfolk, VA, and John Wesley of Riverside, CA. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Debra Slack and Tammy Slack. Services will 1 pm Sunday, October 8, 2006 at Willis Funeral Home with Rev. Joseph D. Pritchard officiating.
