Phyllis Buttrick

Phyllis Buttrick, 75, Gallipolis, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at Holzer Senior Care. Phyllis was born on March 27, 1941 in Gallipolis, Ohio daughter of the late Clayton E. and Betty Springer Johnson, Sr. She is survived by her daughter and son, Sherry (Larry) Mayse of Gallipolis and Tommy Buttrick of Jackson, Ohio; Grandkids, Terri and Angie Mayse of Gallipolis, Ashley and Kaylee Buttrick of Jackson, Ohio. Phyllis is also survived by her brothers and sisters Wanda Morgan, Dorothy Johnson, Norma (Ronnie) Johnson, Everett (Kathy) Johnson, Clarence Johnson, Lenville (Connie) Johnson, Linda (Dale) Earl and Brenda Spaulding all of Gallipolis, several nieces and nephews. Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents, husband Thomas Buttrick, a sister Ellen Houck, brothers Clayton (JR) Johnson and Danny Johnson and niece Lori Clary. Services will be 11 am Friday, August 19, 2016 at Willis Funeral Home with Pastor Paul Voss officiating. Her burial will follow in the Ohio Valley Memory Gardens.
