Ray Edward Chaney, 83, of Gallipolis, died on Sunday, November 27, 2011 at his residence. He was born June 28, 1928 in Ross County, Ohio, son of the late Harley Ray and Mable Dell Burnheidener Chaney. Services will be 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 30, 2011 at the Willis Funeral Home with Rev. Chuck Stansberry officiating. Burial will follow at Centenary Cemetery. Friends may call from 10 11:00 a.m. prior to the service.
