Regina Mullins

Regina Kay Mullins, 47, of New Holland, Ohio, formerly of Gallipolis, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, June 3, 2025 at her residence. Regina was born on August 13, 1977 in Gallipolis, Ohio, daughter of the late William E. Mullins, Sr. and Brenda Kay Mayse Mullins who survives in New Holland.

Regina is survived by her son, Tyler G. Spencer of Gallipolis; two sisters, Belinda J. Mullins of Waverly, Ohio and Jennifer D. Mullins of Gallipolis; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In addition to her dad, Regina was preceded in death by a daughter, Autumn Spencer in 2000; a brother, Billy Mullins Jr; and her maternal grandparents, Frank and Alma Mayse.

A graveside service will be held at a later date in Mound Hill Cemetery at the convenience of her family.
