Robert "Bob" Myron Hill entered into the presence of the Lord on January 4, 2026 at 83 years of age. He was born on June 12, 1942 in Kenton, Ohio, to the late Harold and Wilda Hill.
A man of faith and community, Bob was a member of McDaniels Crossroads Church, served as a police officer for the West Liberty Police Department, was a founding member of the West Liberty Ambulance Service, and was a member of the Lions Club. Additionally, he worked as a water treatment specialist.
In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by his sister, Sandra; his grandparents; and his good friend, Ed Ewing.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley Hill; sons, Steven Hill and Shane Hill; daughters, Sandra (Andrew) Lasseter and Cheryl (Robert) Bradley; a true blessing and family friend, Clarice Pace; grandchildren, Jeremi Lasseter, Brandi (Jeremy) Lasseter-Gozum, Trey Swain, Colby Swain, Megan (Anthony) Huggins, Matt (Sierra) Huggins, Lynsey (Mick) Poling, Nicholas (Alana) Bradley, and Andrea (Seth) Parks; seven great-grandchildren; and one brother, William "Bill" (Debbie) Hill.
He is now at peace in the arms of the Lord.
The funeral service for Bob will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 8, 2026 at Willis Funeral Home with Pastor Doug Miller officiating. Burial will follow in Flagsprings Cemetery. Friends and family may call at the funeral home from 12:00 p.m. until time of services.
