Roxie M. Davies

Roxie M. Davies, 89, of Patriot, Ohio, went to be with the Lord on August 27, 2026. Born on June 2, 1937, in Gallia County, Ohio, Roxie was the daughter of the late Estel Lambert and Evadene Lambert. She went to Cadmus High School. Roxie was a homemaker who enjoyed cooking, crocheting, sewing and gardening. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend. Her kindness, faith, and love for her family will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Roxie was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn H Davies. She is survived by her three children, Tammy (Virgil) Bentley, Dan (Betty) Davies, and Judy (Maxwell) Wells; grandchildren, Brandon (Amber) Bentley, Zachary Bentley, Travis Davies, Michelle Randolph, Brad (Trish) Davies, and Makayla (Luke) Wells-Elmore; eight great-grandchildren, Tristan and Katee Bentley, Brylee Parsons and Anna Jane Morrow, Colton, Taylin, and Branson Davies, Jacoby and Jaxson Manley Brothers David and Carl Lambert; Sisters Beulah and Roger Thomas; sister-in-law, Gloria Jean Davies; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, Roxie was preceded in death by her sister, Violet Wells, and Brothers , Cecil, Charles, and Rick Lambert.

The funeral service for Roxie will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, August 31 2026, at Memory Gardens Chapel. Roxie’s steadfast faith and love for her family shaped a beautiful legacy that will continue through the lives she touched. She is now at peace with the Lord and will be lovingly remembered always ♥️
