Roy L. Hill, 71, of Kerr, Ohio passed away on Friday, April 10, 2015 at his residence. He was born on October 14, 1943 in Rodney, Ohio the son of the late Homer and Garnett Martin Hill Sr. Roy was a commercial painter. He is survived by his sisters: Betty DeWitt of Bidwell, and Juanita (Dick) Bane of Gallipolis, brothers: Elmer Hill of Rio Grande, Floyd Harold Hill of Gallipolis, and Homer Hill Jr. of Bidwell, several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at 6:00 pm at Willis Funeral Home. Please visit www.willisfuneralhome.com to send e-mail condolences.
