Ruby Price, 89, of Gallipolis, passed away at her residence on Friday, December 1, 2006. She was born on March 15, 1917 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late John and Mabel Brown Price. Services will be 11 a.m., Thursday, December 7, 2006 at the Willis Funeral Home with Rev. Chuck Stansberry officiating. Burial will follow in Centenary Cemetery. Friends may call from 10-11 a.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
