Teddy J. Dillard

Teddy J. Dillard, 59, of Gallipolis, passed away on Monday, March 12, 2018 at Arbors of Gallipolis. He was born April 12, 1958 in Mingo County, WV. Teddy was a union worker. Surviving are his son, Benjamin Hatfield (Natasha Willis); his daughter, Elyse Hatfield; three grandchildren, Kadance, Constance and Hailey Hatfield; and special friends, Connie Lambert and Dave Smith. Services will be announced at a later date.
