Terry Q. Barber

Terry Q. Barber, 62, Crown City, Ohio formerly of Toledo, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, April 11, 2006 at the Holzer Medical Center. He was born on January 16, 1944 in Tampa, FL to the late Elmer and Marie Spivey Barber. He was retired from the Medical University of Ohio in Toledo as the Master Plumber in the maintenance department. Terry was a member of the Paragon Lodge #788 in Toledo, a 32nd degree Mason, and a former member of the Yondota Lodge #572. Terry was also in the Merchant Marines. He enjoyed his family and his family life as well as hunting and fishing. Terry is survived by his wife, Gari Kelley Barber of Crown City; two daughters, Teresa Durrance and Toni Cardoza, both of Florida; three sons, Terry Barber, Jr. of New York, Teddy Stacey Kowalski Barber of Ohio, and Nathan Melanie Barber of Virginia; several grandchildren; and one sister, Shirley Jim Manning of Alabama. He was preceded in death by his parents and by several brothers and sisters. Services will be 8 p.m. Saturday, April 15, 2006 at Willis Funeral Home with Rev. Jamie Sisson officiating. Friends may call on Saturday from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. There will be a Masonic Service at 7 p.m. prior to the funeral on Saturday at the funeral home.
