Thelma Louise Mullins

Thelma Louise Mullins, 90, of Gallipolis, passed away on Monday, July 25, 2016 at her daughter’s home. She was born June 7, 1926 in Vinton, Ohio, daughter of the late Dewey and Glenna George Cochran. Thelma was married to Burgess Mullins and he preceded her in death in 1988. She retired from Robbins & Myers and attended Countryside Baptist Church. She enjoyed singing and sewing. Surviving are her daughters, Judith Ann Sanders of Gallipolis, Yvonne (Mike) Massey of Clover, South Carolina, and Sandra Lynn (Ron) Paden of Bidwell; daughter-in-law, Charlotte Mullins of Gallipolis; 19 grandchildren; several great and great great grandchildren; and a sister, Jean Kruskamp of Columbus. In addition to her parents and husband, Burgess Mullins, Thelma was preceded in death by sons: Leslie, Larry, Loren and David “D.A.” Mullins, five brothers and three sisters. Services will be 12:00 p.m., Thursday, July 28, 2016 at the Willis Funeral Home with Pastor Pat Miller officiating. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday prior to the service from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
