Virginia Meeks, 85, of Gallipolis, passed away on Wednesday, September 22, 2010 at her home in Gallipolis. She was born September 5, 1925 in Kentucky, daughter of the late Samuel and Flossie Meeks. Surviving her are her brother, Sgt. Harold Shaw and a sister, Olive Meeks Fisher. Services will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, September 24, 2010 at the WillisFuneralHome with Rev. Chuck Stansberry officiating. Burial will follow in Centenary Cemetery. Friends may call from 10:30 a.m. till thetime of the service.
