In Loving Memory of Virginia Tenney

July 29, 1961 - October 22,2026

Virginia Tenney was a loving mother, grandmother, aunt, and wife whose life was filled with love, kindness, and devotion to her family. She touched the lives of those around her through her caring heart and the countless ways she looked after the people she loved.

Virginia worked in home health care for over 20 years, dedicating much of her life to helping others. Her compassion and desire to care for people were a reflection of the wonderful woman she was.

Outside of her work, Virginia enjoyed sewing, tending to her flowers, and spending time with her loved ones. She found happiness in life’s simple pleasures and in being surrounded by the people who meant the most to her. Her family was a special part of her life, and the love she gave them will remain in their hearts forever.

Virginia is survived by her loving husband, Mark Tenney; her sons John (Heather) Kasee, Bradley Kasee, Mark (Kelley) Tenney; her daughter Brandy (Justin) Sanders; and her cherished grandchildren, Kyra Kasee, Riley Kasee, John Ryan Kasee, Lincoln Kasee, Molley Tenney, Ella Tenney, Kaitlin Tenney, Ben Tenney, Marshall Beegle, Anthony Sanders; her sisters Dorothy Wills and Nancy Caldwell; along with other loving family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, William Clonch, her mother, Dorothy Clonch; her brothers, Sonny Bush, Bill Bush, Richard Clonch, and Herb Clonch; and her sisters, Opal Martin, Mary Ann Nibert, Alta Ridel, and Iva Myers.

Though Virginia will be deeply missed, the love she gave, the lives she touched, and the memories she leaves behind will never be forgotten. Her family will forever carry her love in their hearts and cherish the time they were blessed to share with her.

The funeral service for Virginia will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 27, 2026 at Willis Funeral Home with Pastor Dakota Wroten Officiating. Her burial will follow in Mound Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the service on Tuesday at the funeral home.
