Keith Adrain Brannen, 68, of Crown City, Ohio passed away at the VA Medical Center Huntington, West Virginia on Monday, February 5, 2018. Keith was born on April 6, 1949 in Gallipolis, Ohio, son of the late Carl Brannen and Norma Jean Clary Brannen who survives in Gallipolis. He was a graduate of Hannan Trace High School and worked for French City Meats, Mountain State Supply as a salesman, and managed Appliances and more. He enjoyed farming, hunting and his grandchildren and was a long time trustee for Mt. Zion Cemetery. Keith was US Army Veteran serving in Vietnam. He is survived by his wife, Connie Warren Brannen whom he married on July 10, 1971. Also surviving are three sons, Michael (Carla) Brannen of Crown City, Wayne Brannen of Crown City, and Robert (Jody) Brannen of Gallipolis, grandchildren, Keshia Brannen, Brady (Bethany) Brannen, M. Kyle (Courtney) Woodyard, Chase Brannen, Kasey Brannen, and Kyle Brannen, 7 Great Grandchildren, his mother Norma Jean Brannen, of Gallipolis, one brother Kenny Brannen of Gallipolis, Sisters Dinah Brannen of Bidwell, Angie (Mark) Burns of Gallipolis and a host of extended family members and friends. Services will be 1 pm Saturday, February 10, 2018 at Willis Funeral Home with Pastor Todd Bowers officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery. Friends may call at Willis Funeral Home on Friday from 6-8 pm. Military rites will be given at the cemetery by the Gallia County Funeral Detail.
