Timothy E. Crouch, D.O.

Timothy E. Crouch, D.O., 57, passed away on Monday, March 20, 2017 at his residence. He was born March 2, 1960 in Meadville, Pennsylvania, son of the late Eugene and Ruth Eliason Crouch. Tim was married to Jane Sauro and she survives him. He was an emergency room doctor for Pleasant Valley Hospital Tim was a 32 Degree Mason with New England Lodge of Worthington, Ohio, a Shriner, a member of Elks Lodge #107, and a member of the American Accordian Association. He also attended Trinity United Methodist of Pt. Pleasant, WV. Surviving are his wife, Jane Crouch of Gallipolis; children, Marie Crouch of Denver, CO, Daniel (Jessika) Crouch and Bryan Crouch, both of Homestead, FL, Ranae (Jesus) Faudoa of Denver, CO, Cameron Smith of St. Petersburg, FL, Jesse Wipert (Stacy Soler) of Los Angeles, CA and Molly Wipert of Columbus, OH; grandchildren, Tandin Anderson, Jeremiah James, Micah Crouch, Grayson Smith, Hayden Smith, Zelden Crouch, Marriana Everetts and Norah Faudoa; brothers and sisters, Alex (Kelley) Crouch of Utica, PA, Jon (Lois) Crouch of Westfield Center, OH, Ethan (Carrie) Crouch of New Middletown, IN, Bethany (George) Holt of College Corner, IN and Joel (Lisa) Crouch of Akron, OH. Services will be 2:00 p.m., Sunday, March 26, 2017 at the Willis Funeral Home with Pastor Jim Kelly officiating. Burial will follow in Mound Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday, March 25, 2017 from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m.
